Operations Executive

Role Overview

Coordinate transportation and stock movement across warehouses — for excess inventory, inbound Deep Freezers & Visi Coolers from distributors, and outbound scrap material — supporting the refurbishment operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and align vehicle/transport bookings across multiple warehouse locations
• Coordinate inbound pickup of Deep Freezers and Visi Coolers from distributors
• Manage scrap material segregation, documentation, and dispatch
• Maintain inward/outward stock records, GRNs, and warehouse inventory accuracy
• Liaise with transporters/vendors on rates, schedules, and vehicle availability
• Support the refurbishment team with stock movement for Deep Freezer/Visi Cooler refurb operations

Requirements

• Fresher MBA (Operations/Supply Chain preferred)
• Willingness to travel between warehouse locations in Bangalore
• Advance MS Excel

Probation — 3 months @ ₹25,000/month in-hand → Post-probation CTC ₹3.6 LPA
